Abstract

Introduction: Over the last decade, ICT and artificial intelligence have transformed education, strengthening digital skills in students, in line with SDG 4, which promotes quality education. Objective: To systematize good practices regarding ethical attitudes toward AI among higher education students. Method: The QR (Questions and Reproducibility) method was used, which represents a structured methodological proposal for conducting more rigorous narrative reviews, allowing for the reduction of biases derived from subjectivity or the lack of defined criteria. Results: The articles analyzed in the narrative process show that ethical attitudes among university students are associated with their perception of the use and functionality of AI. This research expresses the ethical concerns of university teachers and students. Conclusions: Artificial intelligence has in many cases been a response to the need for fast, immediate, and efficient access to information. However, there are gaps in its pedagogical approach. These gaps are manifested in teachers' concerns about the uncontrolled use of AI in university classrooms. One of the challenges for university teachers will be to promote academic integrity among students.
