Cultura investigativa en estudiantes de Colombia: hacia una estrategia pedagógica contextualizada

Introducción: En Colombia, el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) ha integrado progresivamente la investigación aplicada en los programas de formación tecnológica. No obstante, a pesar de estos avances, persisten barreras de carácter sistémico, organizacional y personal que limitan la motivación, la participación estudiantil y la apropiación de la cultura investigativa en la comunidad educativa. Objetivo: El objetivo de la investigación fue evaluar la cultura investigativa de los estudiantes y diseñar una propuesta de mejora. Métodos: Se llevó a cabo una investigación con un enfoque cuantitativo, con la participación de 346 estudiantes de los catorce programas y tres especialidades tecnológicos agropecuarias del SENA Colombia, a los que se les aplicó un cuestionario. La variable de investigación es la cultura investigativa, la cual se comprende en tres dimensiones: 1) desempeño investigativo de los actores educativos, 2) las estrategias investigativas y 3) la adaptación del enfoque investigativo al contexto académico tecnológico. Resultados: Los hallazgos según las dimensiones son los siguientes: desempeño de actores de investigación (56,82%), estrategias de cultura investigativa (55,5%), y enfoque investigativo contextual (58,6%). Conclusión: Se propone una estrategia integral orientada a fortalecer el liderazgo investigativo de instructores y directivos, integrar la investigación formativa de manera sistemática en el currículo, consolidar semilleros y comunidades de práctica, promover una investigación aplicada y contextualizada al sector agropecuario, y fortalecer la gestión institucional del conocimiento, con el fin de consolidar una cultura investigativa pertinente, participativa y sostenible en la formación tecnológica.
